PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Mechanical construction
At ProjectPartner, we design solutions from scratch that match the customer's wishes and needs in close collaboration. With 3D simulation, we can visualize and analyze the individual solutions early in the project, ensuring that the final result meets expectations. Through high technical knowledge and many years of experience, we have built up an enormously broad competence within a wide range of design tools. We perform both calculations and design within electricity and mechanics. Our designers work across several different industries, which creates good synergy and added value for you.
Software development
ProjectPartner develops software based on a standardized structure that is targeted to the specific task. The solutions support most types of PLC controls and user interfaces and can be flexibly integrated into different production environments. As part of production optimization, the OME system (Overall Manufacturing Effectiveness) is offered, which can be adapted to both entire factories and specific production lines. The system comes with standardized interfaces to existing production control systems and provides a solid basis for measuring and improving efficiency. Robotics and special machines
At ProjectPartner, we work purposefully to develop and plan production plants that match the customer's needs - both today and in the future. We design solutions from scratch or further develop existing systems. Using 3D simulation, individual solutions can be visualized and analyzed already in the initial phase of the project, ensuring that the final result meets expectations. We have many years of experience with dimensioning and specifying robots and peripheral equipment. In our projects, we integrate all types and brands of robots - always with a focus on functionality and efficiency. When the individual solutions or entire production plants are fully built, we carry out extensive testing at our own facilities to ensure that everything works optimally. We only deliver thoroughly tested and approved solutions to our customers.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Value stream analysis
ProjectPartner uses value stream analysis (VSM) early in the process as an effective tool to clarify whether change or new technology creates real value in connection with process optimization. By mapping the current process and visualizing a future desired state, the analysis provides an overview of bottlenecks, waste and improvement opportunities. This makes it possible to assess concrete effects such as shorter lead times, fewer errors and better resource utilization. VSM supports interdisciplinary dialogue and data-driven decisions, and ensures that technological solutions contribute to more efficient and value-creating workflows.
Workflow analysis
When implementing new technological solutions or robots, it is crucial to understand the existing workflows. ProjectPartner conducts a workflow analysis early in the process, which creates an overview of how tasks are performed – and where there is potential for improvement. The analysis identifies inefficient and burdensome processes that can be automated to increase productivity and improve the working environment. Based on this insight, a targeted and sustainable implementation is ensured, where the technology is adapted to practice and integrated smoothly. Serviceaftaler skræddersys efter den enkelte kundes behov, og der tilbydes døgnbemandet support – 24/7, året rundt.
