Conen Group -
Long-term collaboration with impact
Conen Group and ProjectPartner have had a close and trusting collaboration for several years, with the goal of improving and streamlining Conen's production. Conen wanted help to optimize their production, and with technical knowledge and understanding of the company's needs, ProjectPartner has delivered solutions that have made a real difference. As part of the work, ProjectPartner has performed VSM analyses (Value Stream Mapping), which help to find time wastage and opportunities for improvement in the workflows. Based on the analyses, concrete initiatives have been initiated - among other things, the 5S system has been introduced in production, which has created more order, a better overview and a better working environment. In addition, ProjectPartner has helped introduce a system that measures and follows up on important key performance indicators (KPIs) within quality, so that Conen can constantly improve. With regular routines for employee training, greater knowledge and responsibility have also emerged among the employees, which strengthens day-to-day operations. The collaboration has also focused on the future. Among other things, ProjectPartner has designed solutions for how the factory in Paderborn can grow and adapt to greater demand – both in Europe and internationally. Overall, the collaboration with ProjectPartner has not only improved daily production at Conen, but also made the company more competitive and ready for the demands of the future. This shows how close collaboration and targeted advice can create long-lasting and valuable results
WAP Vehicle Technology -
Effective collaboration with a focus on growth and working environment
WAP Fahrzeugtechnik had a clear desire: to increase production, eliminate heavy lifting and at the same time ensure a higher and more uniform quality in the assembly work. To achieve this goal, they entered into a close collaboration with ProjectPartner, which has extensive experience in process optimization and automation. The collaboration began with ProjectPartner conducting a thorough review of the assembly process using a VSM analysis and process analysis. This made it clear where there was room for improvement – both in terms of workflows, quality and the working environment. The solution was to build a new, modern production cell that combines an assembly line with handling robots. This means that the heavy and manual lifting has been eliminated, and employees now work more ergonomically and safely. At the same time, the quality of production has become more stable and uniform. The new automated solution has given WAP Fahrzeugtechnik the opportunity to ramp up production – without compromising on either the working environment or product quality.

Automation with impact
Dansk Retursystem wanted to optimize their handling of deposit containers with a focus on eliminating manual work and increasing efficiency through automation. The goal was clear: to be able to fold the containers automatically while reducing the manual load in the process. ProjectPartner was chosen as a partner to realize this vision. With strong competencies in automation and process optimization, ProjectPartner set about analyzing the existing workflow and identifying opportunities for improvement. The result was a customized solution where all manual work with folding and placing lids has been removed. Instead, a robotic cell has been installed that efficiently handles the entire process – from folding the deposit containers to placing the lids. This automation has not only made the workflow easier for employees, but also ensured a more uniform quality in handling and improved safety.
Promitek ApS -
Strong collaboration on special solutions
Promitek ApS develops innovative solutions for sewage and industrial cleaning – and has needed a technical partner to help develop and produce their products. That is why they have entered into a close collaboration with ProjectPartner, who has both technical knowledge and experience in translating ideas into finished solutions. Promitek particularly needed help with product development, manufacturing of components and building modular products that can be easily adapted to different customers and markets. In addition, they wanted technical documentation and solid project management. Together, Promitek and ProjectPartner have developed special equipment – including a compact sludge suction trailer – and industrial vehicles. ProjectPartner has been responsible for both the design and production of, among other things, custom-built chassis and steel parts for trucks and trailers. An important milestone has been the production of an approved chassis with the WIN brand, which meets all requirements and standards. In addition to product development, ProjectPartner has also advised Promitek on smarter workflows and digitalization. This has made the development and production processes more efficient and flexible. The solutions are built modularly, so that Promitek can easily adapt to new markets and demand. With ProjectPartner as a permanent partner, Promitek is strong in its work to deliver modern and reliable solutions for sewage and industrial cleaning - with high quality and a focus on the future.
KUMA -
Automation with a focus on working environment
KUMA wanted to automate the sanding process of their countertops to reduce manual work and ensure more consistent quality. Previously, sanding was done with hand sanders – a time-consuming and physically demanding process. To meet this need, KUMA entered into a collaboration with ProjectPartner. With a focus on both efficiency and ease of use, ProjectPartner has installed an advanced robotic solution with a 7th axis that can handle countertops up to 5.5 meters in length and 1.5 meters in width. The robot is programmed to act as an assistant to the operator and performs the sanding precisely and repeatably. The solution has reduced the need for manual sanding and significantly simplified the workflow. At the same time, automation has allowed KUMA to increase capacity and achieve a higher and more consistent finish on their products.
RiAct -
Automation of CNC production in collaboration with the software company RiAct
RiAct wanted help to automate a CNC production at an end customer to minimize manual work and eliminate heavy lifting in connection with operating the machines. The solution had to be able to handle the loading and unloading of workpieces to and from the CNC machines – a task that previously required the constant presence of an operator. In close collaboration with RiAct, ProjectPartner has delivered three fully automated robot cells, which are now responsible for feeding the CNC machines with blanks and removing the finished products. Where the process was previously semi-automatic, it is now fully automated – which has increased both capacity and the working environment. ProjectPartner has supplied all the hardware for the solution, including the development and programming of robot tools, safety setup and physical safety barriers. This has given RiAct’s customer a reliable and user-friendly solution that integrates seamlessly with existing machines.
Ergopal -
Efficient logistics solutions
Ergopal wanted to establish inline products for their logistics systems to optimize the flow and streamline handling at the end of the production line. To this end, they entered into a collaboration with ProjectPartner, which has provided both technical sparring and specialized solutions. ProjectPartner has contributed to the preparation of layouts for both end-of-line areas and complete logistics solutions, with a focus on optimal integration and high operational reliability. Based on Ergopal's wishes and requirements from end customers, a number of specially developed solutions have been delivered - including a pneumatic pallet magazine that automates pallet handling and minimizes manual work. The collaboration has given Ergopal a solid foundation to offer even more efficient and scalable logistics solutions to their customers, where both operational reliability and flexibility are paramount

Tyberggård breeding A/S -
Special solution for biogas plants
Tyberggård Bredning A/S had a specific need for an efficient and reliable solution for pumping biomass to their biogas tank. In collaboration with ProjectPartner, a solution was developed that meets both technical requirements and operational needs. ProjectPartner contributed mechanical design and technical know-how to the design of a specially designed pump. The pump was built as a modular solution, which provides flexibility in both installation and future maintenance. The result was a tailor-made pump unit that ensures stable and efficient transport of biomass – and at the same time supports Tyberggård Bredning A/S’ goal of an optimized and sustainable operation of their biogas plant.

Focus on energy optimization
Danepork wanted advice on possible energy-saving measures at their plant, with a particular focus on reducing waste of water, air and heat. The goal was to achieve more sustainable and efficient operations through targeted energy optimization. ProjectPartner was involved as a technical advisor and has conducted a thorough review and calculation of Danepork's existing plant. The result is a data-driven basis that gives Danepork a clear overview of where optimization measures can be implemented – both economically and environmentally. Collaboration supports greener production.
STILL
A safe and automated pallet handling solution
STILL and ProjectPartner have worked closely together to develop a safe and automated pallet handling solution for a joint customer with a clear goal: to automate their end-of-line processes to reduce manual work and ensure that pallets are prepared for safe and efficient shipping worldwide. A complete end-of-line solution consisting of pallet conveyors with integrated wrapping, strapping and labeling machines has been tailored. The system is to ensure that each pallet is correctly packed, secured and labeled. The solution is reliable with full traceability, effectively supporting the customer's logistics.
