ProjectPartner is looking for a project manager for executing projects in Germany and Denmark. You will be responsible for delivering automation and robotic solutions based on best practices and innovative technology with reference to the senior project manager.

​

As a project manager ProjectPartner, your task is to ensure value for customers and ensure efficiency and quality in deliveries of special solutions for production.

This requires effective collaboration with designers and subcontractors, ensuring that customers receive efficient production cells delivered in a stable workflow at the agreed time and price.

The ProjectPartner team is based in Hygum near Vejle where cases are designed and realized for the new age of automation. The latest developments and deliveries of robots and equipment to customers in Denmark and abroad can be seen here

Tasks and responsibilities

​

• Preparation of design specifications in collaboration with the customer's project organization

• Prepares sales price calculations in collaboration with sales and engineering and production

• Determines DB, calculates material costs and estimates time consumption for construction and development

• Prepares project schedules and follows up on schedules for projects

• Customer contact in connection with offers and coordination with the customer's project team

• Coordination, planning and optimization of resources, internal and external suppliers

• Overall responsible and executing resource for project documentation and invoicing

• CQT Responsible for C,Q,T (Cost, Quallity & Time)

• Responsible for conducting risk assessments of deliveries and external partners

• Q ensuring technical documentation and daily time and cost registrations in Economic

Profile

​

You are passionate about working with the latest technologies within automation and robot technology, preferably with a few years of experience in project management and machine building for the industry.

 

Education as a production technologist, mechanical technician, machinist, mechanical engineer or equivalent skills gained from production and practice. A professional background from production as a craftsman, machinist, blacksmith, technical designer or fitter is preferred. However, this is not a requirement.

 

Experience with Inventor is preferred. You are fluent in at least Danish, English and preferably German in writing and speaking. Competent IT user - MS Office - ERP System. Experience from international projects. You can expect 20 - 30 travel days per year.
