ProjectPartner.dk is looking for a mechanical designer and PT responsible for developing and building automation and robotic solutions based on best practices and innovative technology.
​
As a mechanical designer at ProjectPartner, your task is to ensure value for customers through the development of special solutions for production. This requires effective collaboration with project management, which ensures that customers receive efficient production cells delivered in a stable workflow.
The ProjectPartner team is located in Hygum near Vejle where cases are designed and realized for the new age of automation. The latest developments and deliveries of robots and equipment to customers in Denmark and abroad can be seen

Tasks and responsibilities

Design Engineering for technology and production.

Execution of mechanical design and development.

Prepare production drawings, parts lists and work descriptions.

Prepare HW specifications in collaboration with EL designer.

Prepare mechanical manuals and technical documentation.
-
Specification of mechanical parts, steel, gears, pneumatic components, etc.
-
Purchasing and goods receipt with Q check.
-
Preparation of assembly kit set and assembly drawings.
-
Mechanical design and maintenance of drawing material in Inventor.

Back up for project manager and assemblers.
-
Q-assurance of project as well as documentation and daily time registration.

Profile
​
You are passionate about working with the latest technologies within automation and robotics technology, preferably with a few years of experience in machine building for the industry.
Education as a production technologist, mechanical technician, machinist, mechanical engineer or equivalent skills gained from production and practice. Preferably a professional background from production as a craftsman, machinist, blacksmith, technical designer or fitter. However, this is not a requirement.
Experience with CAD programs with 2D and 3D construction - preferably Inventor. You are fluent in at least Danish, English and preferably German in writing and speaking. Competent IT - user - MS Office - ERP System.
